Iron Gate Web is a brand of WestBridge Home Inc. This page explains what information we handle and how our text messaging works. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

If you contact us: your name, phone number, email, and whatever you tell us about your business.
If we contact you: your business name, public phone number, and public listing details (like your Google review count), gathered from public sources.
If you become a customer: billing details (handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see your full card number) and the content you send us for your site.

How we use it

To build and maintain your website and the services around it.
To respond when you call, text, or fill out a form.
To reach out to businesses we believe we can help.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or your opt-in status with third parties for their marketing.

Text messaging

Iron Gate Web sends text messages to business phone numbers about website and related services, and to customers about their account and their site. Here is how it works:

Message frequency varies. For outreach, it's typically one message unless you reply.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation and then nothing further, ever.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at (443) 364-3676.
Opt-out requests are honored across all our numbers, permanently.
Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the service securely.

Your choices

Text or call us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Reply STOP to end text messages at any time.
Customers can cancel service at any time; see your service agreement for the details, which are short.
